The dance the studio was built on. Sensual and modern bachata, taught from both lead and follow sides because Stavros and Ellie teach as a couple.

Our Work

About
DanzAddiction is Stavros and Ellie's studio on Adamantiou Korai in Larnaca. They run it as a couple, which means every class gets taught from both sides of the lead-follow. You learn the connection, not just the steps.
The schedule runs weeknights from 7:30 to 10:30, with a longer Saturday session in the afternoon. Most students come straight from work, settle in over a warm-up, and leave a few hours later having made friends. The Larnaca dance community calls this place home for a reason.
The teaching covers salsa, bachata, kizomba, plus regular practice sessions and choreography. Beginners are welcome at any time. Stavros makes sure everyone has a partner, including bringing in advanced students if needed. No one sits out.
Larnaca's dance community calls this place home.

I absolutely love this dance school 💛 I came here for salsa and bachata and recently started kizomba — but it has become so much more than just classes. Of course, the instructors are highly professional (and being trained by a couple is a huge plus — you get both perspectives, which makes a real difference). But what truly sets this place apart is the atmosphere: there is so much love, creativity, openness, and a genuine sense of community. Stavros creates a space where everyone feels included — he carefully makes sure everyone has partners, and if needed, he even invites more advanced dancers to join so that no one is left out. That level of care is rare and deeply appreciated. We have regular practice sessions, we learn choreography, and at the same time we’re encouraged to improvise. Stavros also teaches us the principles of connection and interaction in social dancing— which makes these classes feel deeper and more meaningful than many others. I feel comfortable here, supported, and inspired. It’s a beautiful place to grow, express yourself, meet wonderful people, make new friends and truly learn how to dance. Highly recommend ✨

Classes strike a very good balance between structure and enjoyment. There's clear progression from session to session, but without making it feel rigid or overly serious, which keeps it motivating to come back. Ellie and Stavros are both friendly, attentive, and clearly experienced. They lead by example and make the classes feel relaxed while still helping everyone improve. The balance between leads and followers is also handled well, which makes a noticeable difference during practice. The atmosphere is genuinely welcoming, and the community is a big part of what makes this place stand out. It's easy to feel included, meet people, and just enjoy dancing.
